Shipping policy

Due to high order volume, please allow up to 7 business days for order processing before shipment. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

After processing, estimated delivery is generally 7–21 days. Please note that processing and delivery times are separate. During periods of especially high order volume, holidays, severe weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside of our control, processing or delivery may take longer.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available. Tracking updates may take additional time to appear after your package has been transferred to the carrier.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Night Crawler is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
